Eat, Drink & Spells

**NOT TO BE MISSEED, AN INTERACTIVE SESSION LIKE NO OTHER**

THESE SESSIONS SOLD OUT AT EASTER

Eat, Drink and Spells is a fun and interactive magic show, led by resident wizards Professors Carter and Robson who will guide you in an introductory course of spells and enchantments. 

The experience includes several wonderous spells and awe-inspiring illusions, plus each participating child will receive some magical equipment to take home and amaze their friends with. This experience is perfect for young wizards of any age to enjoy with their families.

This was a brand-new experience for the Easter holidays and it proved so popular we sold out!!

Students are encouraged to bring their own wands and wear appropriate wizarding attire although not crucial to their enjoyment, training wands will be provided.

 

A wide range of food and drink will be on offer during the session, menus may differ depending on the time of day. Please check our menu pages for food options.

£8 per participating child.

£5 deposit per person in advance which will be deducted from the bill on the day.

Eat, Drink & Spells dates: 

Tuesday 31st May // 14.00 - 15.30 and 16.00 - 17.30

Thursday 2nd June // 14.00 - 15.30 and 16.00 - 17.30

Day Time at the Steel Cauldron

Join us for food, drink and optional craft activities throughout the week.

Crafts Available: wand making, dragon eggs, potion bottles and pot painting.

Every day throughout the holiday from 10am - 5pm.

A wide range of food and drink will be on offer during the session, menus may differ depending on the time of day.

 

£5 deposit per person in advance which will be deducted from the bill on the day.

 

 

 

 

Jubilee Weekend

Why not kick off your jubilee weekend celebrations with a traditional cooked breakfast - served each morning until 11.30am. Or perhaps join us for an afternoon tea (with a wizard twist) served from 12 noon each day. 

There is an afternoon tea for everyone weather you are a big or small wizard, tiered tea or savoury - check out our menu pages to see our selection

If you fancy trying a craft during your visit then this can be ordered on the day.

Wand Workshops

Join our resident wizards as they guide you in a very special wand workshop.

 

Make your very own magical wand and learn how to use it with a short course in rudimentary wand skills and wand duelling tournament! Fun for both young and slightly more wizened wizards. Check out the dates here

Wizard School

Come along with family and friends and learn a variety of magical skills from resident tutor Professor Carter in our ever-popular Wizard school. Click here for all dates

£8 per participant including a magical prop to take home. A wide range of food and drink will be on offer during the session, menus may differ depending on the time of day.

Eat, Drink and Owls

The fantastic Flying Squadron will be joining us during the holidays to bring you an awesome aerial display from their wonderful owls. Enjoy one of our magical potions while Professor Alba leads a fascinating talk and flying demonstration, letting her wonderful owls soar across teapot tavern. This will be followed by our food service and a selfie opportunity.

Not able to make the display times? Then do not fear, you can still meet an Owl, simply book a 'Daytime at the Steel Cauldron' session on a day that the Owls are in the building (see below). Prof Alba regularly tours the tables to let you get some Owl selfies and ask questions.

£5 per person. The Owls will make visits to The Steel Cauldron on most Sundays, but please check on our website for availability before coming to avoid disappointment.

Little Wizards

The Sorcerer's Apprentice Magic Show

As a special treat for the Half Term holidays our Little Wizards session is being taken over by Wizards

For just £5 per child you and your Little Wizards will be entertained by our magical professors with a magical show aimed at younger wizards. The show will take place all around you as you sit and enjoy your food and drink.

Food and drink will be available throughout the session, see our food and drink section of the website.

Recommended for ages 5 and under older siblings welcome.

£5 deposit per person in advance which will be deducted from the bill on the day.

Thursday 2nd June // Entry times 10.00 & 10.20

(we have a staggered start on this session, if you arrive at 9.40 then you will have a bit more time for your little wizard(s) to play/eat/drink before the magic begins - if you book for 10, you will still get time for above - just 20mins less!!)
