Welcome, dear guest, to The Steel Cauldron's magical world of private hire options! We are delighted to offer our unique and enchanting venue for your next celebration, be it a birthday party, baby shower, hen party or even a wedding!!

Our space is imbued with the kind of magic that can only be found in the most special of places. From the Treepot Tavern to Bruce's Lair, each area is crafted with care and attention to detail, making them perfect for groups of up to 40 guests. And if you're looking for somewhere to rest your head after a long night of revelry, our apartment upstairs, The Steel Wizards Rest, sleeps 8 and is available to hire for £200 per night.

Our in-house team of culinary wizards conjure up a wide array of food and drink options for private hire bookings, including hot or cold buffet options or afternoon teas. We can even partner with two excellent local takeaways to provide a delicious selection of street food in the evenings, although with this option, we would need to charge the room hire fee.

At The Steel Cauldron, we believe that every celebration should be nothing less than magical. That's why we offer a range of activities that are sure to enchant and delight all who attend. From crafting for kids and adults to  live owl displays, we've got something for everyone. And if you have other magical ideas, we'd love to hear them! Our aim is simple: to make people happy. We can arrange live music, quizzes, live magic, table games, and more to add even more enchantment to your celebration. We take pride in our excellent customer service and attention to detail. We'll work with you every step of the way to ensure that your celebration is truly enchanting.

**As an introductory offer we will not be charging a room hire fee if you choose a food option with us - a small hire fee will be charged if you choose to either cater yourself or order in from our Street food partners**

 

We require a non-refundable deposit of £5 per person (adults and children) to secure your booking. With your deposit secured, we'll work with you to create an enchanting celebration that will leave you and your guests spellbound.
