Come and join in the magical fun and mischief this holiday. Whether you are looking for a quirky place for breakfast, a fun family activity, or a magical spot for afternoon tea we have a range of sessions and events this half term holiday to suit everyone (who likes a bit of fun!!)

Daytime at The Steel Cauldron sessions
Join us for our magical food, drink and optional craft activities throughout the week.
Crafts Available: wand making, dragon eggs, pot painting, Cauldron creatures & our NEW craft Charms & Talismans - see our craft page for more info on our magical crafts
Every day throughout the holiday from 10am - 16.45 (last kitchen orders)
A wide range of food and drink will be on offer during the session, menus may differ depending on the time of day.
THERE IS A £5 BOOKING DEPOSIT (PER PERSON),
THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL BILL ON THE DAY.
This session lasts 1 hrs 30mins from the start time
Eat, Drink and Owls
The fantastic Flying Squadron will be joining us during the May Half Term to bring you an awesome aerial display from their wonderful owls. Enjoy one of our magical potions while Professor Alba leads a fascinating talk and flying demonstration, letting her wonderful owls soar across teapot tavern. This will be followed by our food service and a selfie opportunity.
Not able to make the display times? Then do not fear, you can still meet an Owl, simply book a 'Daytime at the Cauldron' session on a day that the Owls are in the building (see below). Professor Alba regularly tours the tables with the Owls between flying displays (11.30am-3.30pm) allowing Owl selfies and answering questions.
£8.25 per person
The Owls will make visits to The Steel Cauldron on most Sundays (plus extra days in school holidays), but please check on our website for availability before coming to avoid disappointment.

Magical Workshops
Join our resident crafting wizards as they guide you through our one of our magical workshops.
£9.50 per maker

Little Wizards
This one's for the Under 5's - the Little Wizards
Join us for a magical morning of play, stories and songs. Both sides of the Cauldron will be open exclusively for our Little Wizard session. Explore our wizardy play shops including the fancy dress area, cars and trains, mythical beasts (and real ones), book store, play kitchen,
and baby area.
**AS ITS THE HOLIDAY OLDER SIBLINGS ARE WELCOME AT THIS SESSION- OUR USUAL CRAFTS WILL BE AVAILABLE**
Doors open at 10am, tea and coffee biscuits and toddler snacks included.
Story and a song at 11.10
Breakfast is also served at this session - order at till
FREE TO BOOK - you don't need to book but if we are full then we will have to prioritise those that have booked.
Just £5 for your first child and £2 for each additional child (payable on arrival)

**This week, as its the holidays and we get rather busy, if you wish to
stay on afterwards for food and drink then you will need to book a table click here to do this
Craft Social & Gaming Nights
WEEKLY
THURSDAY EVENINGS

Weather you're a craft lover or gaming enthusiast, this is the place for you!
CRAFTERS
Bring along your own project and join other craft enthusiasts for a weekly social. Refreshments below included - but if you fancy a few cocktails, a glass of wine (or 2!!), or a 'proper' coffee then you can order these on the evening.
GAMERS
Bring along a board game or ask to use one of ours - we a have a few!
D&D
We have a regular group that meets weekly for their campaign, so if you have a group and need somewhere to meet then join us on Thursdays.
Tea, coffee, juice, pop & snacks included - other food & drinks available to order on the evening
